  • This is the classic oil massage, known for its calming and therapeutic qualities.

    This modality is best for deep relaxation, improving circulation, and alleviating muscle tightness. Different techniques and pressures are used depending on the needs of each individual.

  • Traditional Thai massage combines compressions, passive stretching, gentle movements, and acupressure along energy lines called Sen.

    This is great for individuals who are looking to increase mobility and flexibility, as well as relaxation.

    It is oil free massage and the client stays fully clothed for the duration of the session. Yoga clothing or activewear is required.

    The assisted yoga postures facilitate relief from muscle tension and pain while promoting relaxation.

  • Wear loose, thin activewear or other similar clothing that you can move in.

    Be sure to drink plenty of water before and after the massage.

    It’s recommended not to eat a large meal right before to avoid any discomfort from the stretching and movements.

  • To enhance your massage experience, we’ve eliminated tipping. This approach ensures you always know the final price upfront, removes any additional monetary pressure, and allows you to focus more fully on what really matters – your well-being.

  • Yes, gift card options are available. After your purchase, an email will be sent to you with instructions how to redeem the gift card.
